The argument

The argument of evolution versus creations in itself strikes me as somewhat stupid. Strange though when science really has so little to suggest why the big bang occurred. If we look at it simply Evolution is essentially a statement that life, in the same way as the universe, simply appeared. Now if we go back to the first step in the scientific process of life we reach the big bang. From here all the atoms, elements, chemicals and energy etc were formed and dispersed to the point where life could and does occur. But there is no explanation to why.
Creationism has the same issue. It’s big bang is God but there is no reason as to why, how and what went beforehand. Essentially God is the answer to creationists whereas there currently is no answer to scientists. Creationists though do not have the upper hand there for two reasons. One is the matter of proof. There is none for God(s). Quite simply it is a formulated answer to a problem with no depth of understanding. The question of life and death. It is not as simple as why does my car not work? There is no petrol in it so go to the fuel services station and fill it up. It is a question of terrifying depth. The second issue is the size of the universe. There are two hundred billion stars in our galaxy alone, and trillions of galaxies. The sheer size makes our singular existence a foolish joke.
Creationists essentially have chosen to take a macro view and ignore the big question by just painting the word ’God'over it and running away. Scientists have a billion answers to find. In the end maybe we are just bacteria, blind to reality in the same way as bacteria are blind to our bacteria.
